Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates
- Conduct initial interviews and evaluate applicants
- Maintain and update candidate databases
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Support the recruitment team in daily administrative tasks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms and HR software is a plus
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
