Responsibilities:
- To deliver timely, accurate and professional customer service via phone, possibly (email and chat). The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English

- Monday: 8 hours (10.00-18.00)
- Wednesday: 8 hours (10.00-18.00)
- Friday: 4 hours (10.00-14.00)
