Technical B2B Customer Support Agents (Dutch Speaking) part-time, Remote

MANDYNAMIC is looking for Dutch speaking customer service agents on behalf of a multinational company for a new telecommunications project. Position: B2B Customer Technical support Start: 27/09/2024 Responsibilities:

• To deliver timely, accurate and professional customer service via phone, possibly (email and chat). The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English
• Communication skills
• Consistency

• Computer skills

Working hours: 20 hours Schedule:

• Monday: 8 hours (10.00-18.00)
• Wednesday: 8 hours (10.00-18.00)
• Friday: 4 hours (10.00-14.00)
• Tuesday and Thursday off
