MANDYNAMIC is seeking Front Office Night Auditors on behalf of businesses throughout Greece for the Summer Season 2024. Candidates should have a positive attitude, responsibility and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Reception of hotel guests
- Carrying out the check in and check out procedures of the guests
- Management of bookings made by telephone, online systems, software and agencies
- Sending offers via electronic communication upon request
- Updating the hotel schedule for reservations or cancellations
- Ensuring that the reception area is tidy
- Communicating with all hotel departments
- Knowledge of MS Office
